Coding Content Developer / Problem Setter

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers to join our content team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in programming and a keen interest in developing educational content. As a Content Developer, you will create and curate programming-based lab questions, aptitude questions, and other educational materials that will aid in student learning and placement preparation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop high-quality compiler-based coding questions and solutions. 

  • Create and review aptitude questions covering quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics. 

  • Assist in designing programming lab exercises and assignments. 

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the content aligns with the curriculum and placement requirements. 

  • Research and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in programming and aptitude testing. 

  • Provide support in reviewing and editing content created by peers to ensure accuracy and clarity. 

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative content ideas. 

  • Organize and manage content repositories, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. 


  • Bachelor's degree in any of the circuit branches/Computer science/IT 

  • Proficiency in at least two compiler-based programming languages (C, C++, Java). 

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). 

  • Proficiency in solving aptitude questions (quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability). 

  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. 

  • Basic knowledge in Data Science, Machine Learning, Operating Systems, and Computer Networks. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in creating educational content or question banks. 

  • Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms. 

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in placement preparation. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
