Job Description:


As Java Full Stack Trainer at iamneo, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch training on Java Full Stack development. You will also contribute to the creation and enhancement of training materials. Your passion for technology, strong instructional skills, and expertise will be crucial in empowering our learners to excel.


Requirements:


  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Core Java, JDBC, OOPS, JVM Fundamentals, and Maven.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, tailoring content to learners at various skill levels.

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Java, front-end, and back-end technologies, providing hands-on guidance to trainees.

  • Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of full-stack concepts.

  • Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

  • Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to enhance the overall training program.

  • Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.

  • Technical Resource: Serve as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees' questions and providing guidance on complex development topics.
