Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Content Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Technical Content Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, and delivery of technical content on the iamneo platform. You will work closely with our content creators, curriculum developers, and product teams to ensure that our content meets the needs of our users and aligns with our platform objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy for iamneo, focusing on technical content creation , challenges, documentation, and learning materials.
  • Manage a team of content creators and problem setters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the quality and relevance of our content.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify content needs and prioritize content creation efforts.
  • Oversee the review and approval process for all content submissions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with iamneo's standards and best practices.
  • Analyze user feedback, engagement metrics, and market trends to continuously improve our content offerings and drive user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical content development, technical training, curriculum design, or related roles.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, programming languages, technical training and/or other technical domains.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS), learning management systems (LMS), or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform content decisions and drive continuous improvement.
