This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO, contributing to the resolution of complex finance challenges and actively participating in critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models
- Preparation/ coordination of MIS on monthly basis – Preparation of the customer level P&L & Channel level P&L
- Interact with and bring department into line with CEO’s plans, initiatives and recommendations
- Budgeting & Variance analysis; AOP vs Actuals analysis, including cashflow preparation.
- Suggestions on possible financial efficiencies in the organization
- Working and development of internal controls policies and procedures and SOPs
- Provide comprehensive fundraising support including evaluating funding options, financial modelling for strategic decisions, coordinating due diligence processes, and driving efforts for organizational growth.
Qualification and Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
- Must possess CA qualification.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
- Master's degree in Finance (preferred).
- Expert in Tally, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
- Proven expertise in accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and FP&A.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
