With a daily capacity to handle over 20,000 assessments and a track record of managing 7.5 million assessments in the last fiscal year, our platform is highly scalable and robust, supporting over 100,000 concurrent users.

 

As a bootstrapped-profitable company, we have achieved a YoY growth rate of 100%. In the previous fiscal year (FY '23), our revenue reached 21.2 Cr. We have successfully onboarded esteemed corporate clients such as WIPRO, LTIMindtree, Socgen, HCLTech, Virtusa, Hexaware, Gallagher, and more than 35 other customers. In the education sector, Manipal University, LPU, VIT, SRM, BITS Pilani, Chitkara University and 150+ institutes have embraced our solutions to digitally transform their on-premises labs into Full Stack cloud labs with auto-evaluation technologies.

 

 

Job Role 


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-sales Engineer  to join our dynamic team at iamneo. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in the SaaS or B2B EdTech industries. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping client engagements and ensuring technical alignment between iamneo's offerings and client needs. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create tailored solutions


Responsibilities


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS/Edtech environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements and demonstrations

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to showcase how they can solve customer challenges.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with customers to gather technical and business requirements, and design solutions that align with their needs using the platform.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored product demos and technical presentations, highlighting features, capabilities, and benefits to prospects.
  • Proposal Development: Support the creation of technical and business proposals, MoA, SOW and detailed solution designs that meet client requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a technical point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries related to integration, compatibility, and customization.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify customer pain points, and create compelling technical narratives that drive deals forward.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to drive product improvements and innovations.
  • Technical Handovers: Ensure smooth technical handovers to the post-sales and implementation teams for seamless project delivery.


Experience Level:
Junior Level - 2 to 4 years
 
Compensation Details:
