Job brief
We are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and drive the development of scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role involves overseeing architecture, scalability, and solutioning aspects while ensuring timely delivery and excellence in engineering practices.


  • 8 to 12 years of extensive experience in end-to-end software product development.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in evaluating architectural options and making recommendations for scalability, performance, and high-availability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Python, Node.js, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.
  • Experience with REST frameworks like Django, Flask, Fast API.
  • Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container-centric development environments (Docker).
  • Preferred: Experience with AI technologies like Chat GPT, LLAMA, and familiarity with GPU memory management.


  • Lead the execution and delivery of large, complex projects from beginning to end, independently or collaboratively.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all project deliverables.
  • Act as a key participant in technical discussions within the team, serving as the go-to person for guidance and issue resolution.
  • Understand and leverage key business and engineering metrics related to performance, quality, and availability, working with the team to continuously enhance them.
  • Proactively engage in code reviews, architecture discussions, and the establishment of coding standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on coding, code reviews, and overall professional development.
