Ours (formerly known as Examly) is a growing Enterprise B2B Edtech start-up based out of Coimbatore. We started back in 2016 as a small 5-member team incubated from PSG STEP and have now grown to 200 members. Our customers are predominantly Top IT Firms and Universities across India. They use our various products for their IT up-skilling and AI proctored assessment needs.
Job role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager – to plan, manage features implemented by the Content team and accomplishe the project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the technical/technological requirements .
- Provide Technical/Technological coordination/direction to the team for the project implementation
- Create, Manage & Track Sprints / Releases
- Conduct Stand up meetings to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software product development, web and cloud technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Good knowledge of project management tools like JIRA.
