Job Title: SDET Java Corporate Trainer/ SME

Experience : 8+ Years

Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

As a SDET SME and Trainer with Content Development Experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on SDET while also contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials. Your passion for technology, strong instructional skills, and content development expertise will be instrumental in helping our learners excel .

Requirements:

1)Strong proficiency in Functional Testing & Non functional testing, Unit testing , Change related testing and system testing

2)Experience with Core java, JDBC, OOPS and JVM Fundamentals and Maven.

3)Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

4)Sound knowledge of Selenium Test NG and selenium framework.

5)Experience in framework design using BDD cucumber.

6)RWD and cross browser testing.

7)Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services.

8)Familiarity with Postman and Jenkins

9)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

10)Excellent communication and collaboration skills



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions , catering to learners at various skill levels.
  2. Content Development: Create and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
  3. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Java, front-end, and back-end technologies to provide hands-on guidance to trainees.
  4. Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
  5. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  6. Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to enhance the overall training program.
  8. Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.
  9. Technical Resource: Serve as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees' questions and providing guidance on complex development topics.
